Hannah
Pilates Instructor
Hannah is a certified Pilates instructor through Niche Instructor Training (NIT). Her Pilates journey began at just 12 years old as a part of her pre-professional ballet curriculum. Over the 14 years she danced and into her professional career, Pilates was a large part of maintaining her physical wellbeing as a dancer, sparking great interest in the practice for rehabilitation and restoration. Thanks to her varied experience, Hannah is highly adaptable in her approach with clients. After retiring from full-time dancing in 2024, Hannah pursued her Pilates instructor certification and moved through an apprenticeship into a full-time instructor role with Niche Pilates Studio in Richmond, Virginia. With over 1300 hours of teaching experience under her belt, she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology through Arizona State University to deepen her understanding of how the human body moves. She firmly believes there are almost no people Pilates can’t help to better their physical function. Hannah was brought to the Pacific Coast in 2026, thanks to her husband’s service in the Marine Corps. She is thrilled to spend time exploring the stunning nature of Central California, and even more thrilled to be a part of the Pacific Flow community!
