Most events are open to everyone, not only members. Some pricing tiers may offer member discounts.

Each event description will note the appropriate level. Many are beginner friendly, while some workshops are designed for specific experience levels.

Unless otherwise stated, bring comfortable clothing, water, and a yoga mat. Specialty items will be listed in the event details.

Registration is completed online through our schedule platform. Spots are reserved only after payment is received.

3 hours prior to the start time, whoever answers the text prompt as fast as possible will be admitted into the class!

Lastly, you can always try showing up as there are often “no shows” but there is no guarantee you will be admitted into the class.

Yes. Refunds, credits, and transfers depend on the type of event and the timing of your cancellation.

Workshops and Special Events

  • Cancellations more than 72 hours before the start time receive a full refund or full studio credit
  • Cancellations 24 to 72 hours before the start time receive a 50 percent refund or 100 percent studio credit
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are nonrefundable and not eligible for credit
  • You may transfer your spot to another person at any time with written notice
  • Medical emergencies are reviewed on a case by case basis

Retreats

  • Cancellations 60 days or more before the retreat receive a full refund

  • Cancellations 30 to 59 days before the retreat receive a 50 percent refund

  • Cancellations 14 to 29 days before the retreat receive a 25 percent refund or 50 percent studio credit

  • Cancellations 13 days or less before the retreat are nonrefundable and not eligible for credit

  • Retreat spots may be transferred to another participant up to 7 days before departure with approval

If we cancel an event or retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future offering.

Workshops and retreats are separate from regular classes and cannot be paid for with class packages or standard memberships unless specifically noted. However, Unlimited Memberships and 8-Classes per Month Autopay Memberships receive discounted pricing for workshops and special events when a member rate is listed on each event post.

Payment plans are not typically offered. However, we are happy to work with individuals who need support and will consider arrangements on a case by case basis whenever possible. Please reach out to us directly so we can explore options that may work for you!
